At Sabi, we believe that every piece of furniture should not only last for generations but also give something back to the world. That’s why we proudly support a number of charities working to protect the environment and improve lives in Indonesia.
Tree4Trees
For every purchase, 20 trees are planted through Trees4Trees, a reforestation initiative that restores degraded landscapes while empowering local communities. By providing seedlings, forestry training, and ongoing support, they create long-term environmental and social impact.
Joseph’s Recycling
We also support Joseph’s Recycling (Instagram: @joseph_recycling), founded by young environmentalist Joseph Wijaya in Bali. Through his recycling efforts, Joseph not only reduces plastic waste but also uses the proceeds to send children to school, turning discarded materials into opportunities for education and brighter futures.
Sungai Watch
Our partnership with Sungai Watch helps fight plastic pollution at its source. By installing river barriers, organising cleanups, and recycling collected waste, they intercept tonnes of plastic before it reaches the ocean, while engaging local communities to protect their waterways.
JAAN Indonesia
Finally, we support JAAN Indonesia (Jakarta Animal Aid Network), an organisation dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating wildlife, combating illegal trafficking, and advocating for animal welfare across the country. Their sanctuaries and rescue programmes provide safety and care for vulnerable animals who cannot return to the wild
